Proprietary method

The Winning Return Method™.

A return to work after burnout is not a date on a calendar: it is a work project. Five steps and five tools to make it lasting — for the person, the team and the organisation.

Five steps, five tools
  1. 1

    Understand

    Carte des Frictions™

Before imagining solutions, understand what preceded the leave and the conditions of the return — without looking for a culprit or a single cause. The Friction Map makes visible the tensions between the person, real work, the team and the organisation, and builds a shared understanding.

  2. 2

    Design

    Trajectoire de Reprise™

The Return Trajectory gives the return a concrete shape: with the person and the stakeholders, it organises a progression adapted to real work, to everyone's needs and to the organisation's constraints. Each return becomes a tailored project rather than a standard procedure.

  3. 3

    Mobilise

    PORTAL™

Exhaustion isolates; the return must organise the opposite movement. PORTAL™ connects the employee, the manager, HR, health professionals and, where relevant, the team — to share what needs to be shared, clarify responsibilities and make compatible decisions.

  4. 4

    Steer

    Cockpit du Retour™

No return follows the plan exactly. The Return Cockpit organises steering over time and helps correct the trajectory before gaps settle in, with a few useful markers — never a surveillance system.

  5. 5

    Transform

    Mini Org Scan™

Each return reveals something about the organisation. The Mini Org Scan helps draw lessons, spot recurring weaknesses and turn them into work priorities, so that an individual experience feeds collective progress.

These steps are a path, not a rigid procedure: some take longer, others are revisited as new information emerges. The method does not replace medical advice or occupational health services; it helps the organisation play its part.
